Finally

a step-by-step guide to negotiating your salary and asking for a raise.

You’ve tried to get your financial life together. The hardest part? Knowing what the next step should be. You’ve searched for information online. But there are a ton of conflicting opinions. You know there’s power in building wealth. You just need a step-by-step guide.

Has this ever happened to you?

Has this ever happened to you?

You give your all at work. You stay late. Come in early. Take on extra work and go the extra mile.

Why? You want to make more money. You want that big bank roll. You want to stack paper to the ceiling.

You are excited about your yearly review. Surely, your boss has seen all the hard work you have been doing.

You walk into her office. Only to find out you’ve received a 3% raise. The same raise you get every year.

The same raise the guy who does the bare minimum got.

You curse your company, you curse your boss, and you become extremely frustrated with your career.

Does this sound familiar?

You think, there must be a better way!?

I’m sure it does because this is what 99% of people do.

They wish, hope, and wait for a raise. Only to become frustrated when they don’t get the result they want.

But guess what?

There is a better way.

We have created a system on how to ask your boss for a raise. The best part?

It is a way for you to have constant communication with your boss to make sure you’re on track.

And it works. I used this system in the corporate world to triple my salary. My wife quadrupled hers.

But don’t just take our word for it. Here is someone who put our system into practice.

Hey Andrew,

You’re still doing any amazing job with content!

I just wanted to let you know I’ve been following your advice since increasing your income at your main job and it worked!

4-6 months ago I was working with Best Buy and was starting to notice major changes in the company and one big thing was pay. I was there for two years and was making the same as new hires but I knew everything a supervisor knew.  I basically demanded a raise and they could only go up to $16 an hour (from $15). After that I immediately started looking for a new job, It’s for a company called Luepold and Stevens.  I started working there in August.  It was Temp to hire, but I was starting at $17 an hour.

My first week of work I found out everything I needed to do to move up in my current role.  Well after 3 months of working there they offered me a permanent spot. I brought up everything they told me I needed to do and my Manager said he 100% agrees that I deserve a raise.  Well, today HR approved my manager’s request for $18.50!

If I did not listen to your podcast about how to go about asking I probably would still be at Best Buy. This has opened up so much to me.  My side hustles are food delivery, and I like to donate plasma. My monthly income 6 months ago was $1200 – $1400. Now with everything, I can do, I make $3000 – $3400! Its almost doubled!!!

So with all that said, I just wanted to tell you that I appreciate you, I believe more people need to be financially intelligent. I hope that wasn’t too much lol, I just very excited.

Thank you Andrew!!!
